We cut all of our items fresh and package them in special vacuum sealed bags where our cheese and meats will keep fresh for a long time. For gift giving convenience, we will be glad to ship your gift orders to different addresses and will include a card in the box with your name signed on it. We ship right away when your order is received and we ship everything UPS. We ship year 'round!
