Founded in 1995 by Harry Braun, Sustainable Partners International LLC (SPI) has been involved in a number of renewable energy projects with state-of-the-art solar and wind technologies. Harry has been an energy analyst for over 30 years, and was the founder of Stirling Energy Systems, Inc. which is commercializing the solar Dish Stirling system that was initially developed by McDonnell Douglas and Kockums of Sweden. Sustainable Partners was also the initial developer of the following projects and companies: · San Juan Mesa Wind ProjectSPI was the initial developer of the San Juan Mesa Wind project, which is one of the largest wind projects in the State of New Mexico. Phase I of the project, which included 121 one-megawatt (MW) Mitsubishi wind turbines, was completed in 2004 and the controlling interest was then acquired by Edison Mission Energy.
