Lake County Tribal Health Consortium, Inc., is a non-profit organization operated by a Board of Directors representing the Tribal communities in Lake County. Our Mission is to provide quality health care, especially to American Indians. Our major funding source is the Indian Health Services, which operates under the Department of Health and Human Services. The Consortium consists of Big Valley Rancheria, Elem Indian Colony, Middletown Rancheria, Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians, and Upper Lake - Habematoel in our Community.
