The qualified candidate will have the following: Verifiable success as a CFO of a public manufacturing company with revenues over $200 million. Track record of accomplishment in working with and managing the analyst community, evidenced by adding analyst coverage. Verifiable success in working with CEO to maximize efficiencies, driving fiscal discipline and financial performance in a competitive market that results in lower costs and favorable competitive benchmarks. Financial leadership evidenced by strong balance sheet management and a deep understanding of GAAP. Verifiable success as a business leader, providing value beyond traditional Finance, Accounting and IT.
