Steve Tovey and Randy Shultz founded Tovey/Shultz Construction, Inc. in 1988. Since then the business has grown in part due to the high standards of quality and integrity that has been emphasized by its founders; both of whom are deeply involved in the daily aspects of the business. Steve and Randy bring years of experience to the company as both have over thirty years of hands-on commercial and industrial construction experience. Working as carpenters during and after college and moving up to project supervisory, management and estimating positions in their previous employment history, has brought a builder mentality to the company rather than merely a construction manager. This allows us to better assist you in evaluating costs; with different types of construction, constructability issues, suggestion of different types of materials for the look you desire, and saving you time by knowing the most efficient construction methods.
