Devonshire Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1989 by William T. Nolan to provide both small to mid-sized, foreign and domestic corporations with a full range of financial services. Each of our Principals and Managing Directors have been either CEO or CFO of operating companies and/or have held senior management positions in their companies. Hendrik J. Laverge joined Devonshire Holdings in 1991 as an investor and Chairman of the Board. Andres Gonzalez-Clavelli, Alastair J. Keith, Rodney Paterson and Hugh Blakeway Webb have since joined as Managing Directors. Thomas C. Arata, George F. Baker, David L. Donaldson, Peter P. Gr»ndling, Michael E. McGoey and Edward A. Runci, Jr. have joined as Advisors and co-investors to broaden Devonshire Holdings' areas of expertise and experience. With the aid of these and other specialists, we are prepared to handle difficult domestic and international business challenges for our clients. Since its inception, Devonshire Holdings and its associates have acted as advisor on- and completed business transactions ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $1,000,000,000 in Asia, Europe and North America.
