Command Security Corporation principally provides uniformed security officers, aviation and support security services to commercial, financial, industrial, aviation and governmental clients in the United States. The Company conducts operations through more than 30 offices in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington. The Company provides security services to the customers through its security services division, aviation services division and support services division. In January 7, 2008, Command Security Corp. completed the acquisition of Expert Security Services, Inc., a provider of guard and related security services in Maryland. In September 2008, the Company completed the acquisitions of Eagle International Group, LLC (EIG) and International Security & Safety Group, LLC.
