Command Security Corporation principally provides uniformed security officers, aviation and support security services to commercial, financial, industrial, aviation and governmental clients in the United States. The Company conducts operations through more than 30 offices in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington. The Company provides security services to the customers through its security services division, aviation services division and support services division. On April 12, 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of Brown Security Industries, Inc., including its wholly owned operating subsidiaries, Strategic Security Services, Inc. and Rodgers Police Patrol, Inc.
