R&M Associates is an executive search and professional recruitment organization devoted to meeting the critical staffing needs of its clients. Our founders, Ron Krenz and Meri Masters, are a team of professionals who share more than fifteen years of recruiting experience between them. Ron Krenz recruits for the packaging industry, specializing in corrugated and folding cartons. Ron has been associated with the packaging industry for over 30 years, including 28 years in production, sales and senior management. He began serving the industry as a recruiter in 1996 when he became an account executive for an international recruiting firm in Sacramento, Ca. In 1998 he became a partner in the firm and in 1999, along with a different partner, opened R&M Associates. Ron attended Kean College of NJ and holds a degree in Management Science. The recruiting business has been a wonderful experience for him. He enjoys using his industry experience and technical knowledge to help his clients fill their critical staffing needs with the best-qualified people. In his spare time, Ron is a computer buff, an avid reader, and a lousy golfer. Meri Masters recruits for the Hi-Tech and Mortgage industries with more than 25 years of professional experience in accounting, general management, consulting and recruiting. Prior to opening R&M Associates, Meri was the Director of I.T. Services for an international recruiting firm in Sacramento. Earlier in her career, Meri owned and operated a successful recruiting firm specializing in the financial services industry. Meri has been involved in Hi-Tech and Mortgage recruiting since 1986. She provides consulting services in Application Development, System Programming and and Sales over a wide spectrum of technical platforms including Mainframe, Midrange, Client Server, Internet and Intranet. She also conducts searches in the Residential Mortgage Operations industry, specializing in Underwriting, Processing, Closing and Servicing for both Conventional and Government lending. Meri recruits vertically within these industries ranging from salaried positions, through Project and Department Management to Executive Management. Meri is an avid classic Science-Fiction fan, plays the guitar, writes music, and has an undying love for animals of the four-legged variety.
