Alico, Inc. (Alico) is a land management company operating in central and southwest Florida. The Company's primary asset is 135,466 acres of land located in Collier, Glades, Hendry, Lee and Polk Counties. Alico is involved in a variety of agribusiness businesses in addition to land leasing and rentals, rock and sand mining and real estate sales activities. It operates in four segments: Bowen, which provides harvesting and marketing services for citrus producers, including Alico's Citrus Grove segment; Citrus Groves, which produces citrus fruit for sale to citrus processors and fresh packing facilities; Sugarcane, which produces sugarcane for delivery to the sugar mill and refinery, and Cattle, which raises beef cattle for sale to western feedlots and meat packing facilities.
