Ruth Chipps, MS, RDN, CD, LD, is a seasoned nutrition expert and self-proclaimed "gut health geek" who is best known for encouraging her patients to "eat the rainbow" and "make every morsel count." Ruth has a nutrition degree from San Diego State University and a master's degree from Georgia State University. She's a registered dietitian and former national media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
