Started in Spring 1998, Truly Texan is owned and managed by C. C. Blewett, fifth-generation Texan. We've been on the Internet since 1995, but it was early in 1997 when Cindy developed her first online retail store for a local artist, Hillary James. The success of that site (named a Best of the Web by Forbes in summer 2003), plus a real desire to help other artists and entrepreneurs succeed on the Internet, led to Truly Texan.
