Temp Systems maintains two offices in Knoxville, an office in Monroe County in Vonore, and another in Anderson County in Oak Ridge. The corporate office is located at 1378 Papermill Pointe Way, West Knoxville. The Oak Ridge office opened in 1994 and experienced immediate growth. In 1997, that office moved to 62 Mitchell Road to gain greater office space and accommodate the increasing operation. All four offices are computerized and networked to provide greater efficiency in fulfilling job requirements. Ms. Owens and the key staff members of each office are heavily involved as volunteers in the civic, cultural and business activities of the communities served by the company. Ms Owens is past chairman of the Board of Directors for Anderson County Chamber of Commerce. She is past chair and currently Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of East Tennessee. Temp Systems assists in stabilizing a firm's operations and maintaining its quality service and/or production when employees are needed due to turnover, medical leaves, vacations, peak times, company expansions and special projects.
