They should be a "long term" caliber client, which we hope to serve over a period of 5 to 50 years. This client can expect our highest degree of professionalism. We promise this client a full range of personal insurance including Auto, Home, Boat, Motor Homes, Umbrella, Jewelry Schedules, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance. We do not attempt to offer all these products to the person who does not meet the above criteria. This enables us to provide quality service to quality people. We will insure our clients using quality companies, which we know to be prompt and fair in their service and claims to customers. These company partners should also be committed to automation for the independent agency. We will also attempt to insure less complicated commercial accounts, which can be understood and handled by assistance from company underwrites and serviced boy agency customer service representatives and company customer service units. We again want long-term stable clients in this area, which we may offer professional service. We will develop and reward dedicated effective employees who have pride in this agency.
