The Kissimmee Rental Company has been one of Florida's premiere property managers since it was established in 1998. The company was formed when the owners, Pat and Julie Donovan, emigrated from the United Kingdom to make a home in sunny Florida. Since then the company has grown by leaps and bounds, and continues to expand. Our team is made up of a number of people each offering their unique abilities, but combining to form a management team that is unparalleled by any other. Our team currently includes Paul Donovan, our maintenance supervisor and resident licensed broker. Julie is also a licensed real estate associate, and this dynamic duo is sure to help each and every client through the extensive home-buying process! In 2003, Paul's new wife Kristin came aboard as the new office manager. Kristin currently oversees all of the back-end management of the properties and is always readily available to all of our homeowners! In 2004, Jaclyn Schildkraut joined our team as our advertising and sales specialist. Jaclyn is in charge of all marketing, guest relations, reservations, and special events. Our maintenance staff includes Glen Schmidt, Thomas Kelley, and James Sturtevant. With this extensive team, we can deal with all your needs from simple questions through extensive maintenance needs in-house, so that you know that the quality and workmanship will not be compromised.
