Founded in 1867, Truman State University has a long history of being recognized nationally for its innovative assessment program and commitment to providing a high-quality liberal arts and sciences education at an affordable price. Truman now offers 43 undergraduate and 9 graduate areas of study in 12 academic divisions. In addition, Truman places more than 94 percent of available graduates in fields related to their courses of study.
