QHS is a professional residential construction company that specializes in design/build home remodeling and restoration. Owner Gary Kosmas has been a professional contractor and artist (Archway Gallery - River Oaks Shopping Center) for over 25 years. Gary is currently completing the nationally recognized CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) Program through the Greater Houston Builders Associations (GHBA) Operations Manager Connie Kosmas has a degree in Office Administration and has been managing business operations for over 20 years. Connie designed her own custom 3800 s/f home in Kingwood in 1988. Gary built his own home in 1976. With our combined talent and efforts, we feel QHS brings a unique perspective to home remodeling by creating an environment that is aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. Creative use of existing space is one of our trademarks. QHS will give your home the respect and personal attention it deserves with the quality we require. Our staff is knowledgeable and courteous; our tradesmen highly skilled, licensed individuals whose integrity and professional standards we can rely on. Connie and Gary are active members of the GHBA, The Remodelers Council , National Association of Home Builders, N.A.R.I. and the Greater Houston Better Business Bureau. We maintain their high performance standards and stay current with the latest information on products and construction standards. We want our customers to make informed selections and decisions. We do not "cut corners".
