Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (Martin Midstream) is a publicly traded limited partnership with a diverse set of operations that focuses primarily in the United States Gulf Coast region. The Company has five primary business lines: Terminalling and storage services for petroleum products and by-products; Natural gas services; Marine transportation services for petroleum products and by-products, and Sulfur and sulfur-based products processing, manufacturing, marketing and distribution. Martin Resource Management owns approximately 34.9% of the Company's limited partnership interests. Furthermore, it owns and controls the Company's general partner, which owns a 2% general partner interest and incentive distribution rights in Martin Midstream.
