JUST WING IT was from a vision/whisper/falling chicken by Michael Capuano & David Gamberdell that “Tossed & Sauced” Chicken Wings would be popular and there was a need. When the first location at the food court of Piilani Village Shopping came up with large tenants like Safeway, Outbacks, Ruby Tuesdays, & Star Bucks we knew this was a reality and a great first location. Michael is a former restaurant owner on larger scales, business broker, chocolatier & creator of the world famous WoW-Wee Maui’s Candy Bars along with 25 years of marketing skills. David owns several restaurants, has had catering companies, bakeries and has run over a chain of thirty deli’s. Both are belivers in fresh foods, healthy eating, use of Gradma’s recipies, great value to all guest and of course a lot of Aloha when you come in the door.. The chicken buzz it out there baked or fried, you can have chicken wings, chicken bonless skinless tenders or shrimp with any of the thirteen homemade sauces! Don’t forget to combo it with our unique sides……
