Albertson Law Group, P.S., maintains e-mail lists, but only of those individuals or organizations that have specifically opted to receive updates and other information from our firm. These lists include our clients, members of the media, and interested members of the general public who have specifically requested to be kept informed about breaking events. Opt In: Individuals must affirmatively request inclusion on our lists. When a person becomes a client, they are automatically added to our lists unless they specifically indicate they do not wish to receive our email newsletters. Any personal information provided by such individual will be used only to send the user such information. By default, you are opted out of receiving information from use. If you opt in during the signup process, you will be added to our list. If you change your mind, you may opt out by updating your member information and unchecking the appropriate check box. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the e-mail addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized law firm staff, including other list subscribers. If you send us e-mail with a question or comment, we will use your e-mail address only to respond to you. We will store your e-mail, e-mail address, and a copy of our response for archival purposes only. We will archive such information only for the length of time necessary to fulfill these archival purposes. At the conclusion of such time, we will delete such archived information.
