We are a custom manufacturer of injection molded plastic materials and components used in a variety of applications within various markets and industries. Located in Kenly, NC (just outside of Raleigh off of I-95) we have been in the plastic injection molding business for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in being one of the Mid-Atlantic region's most cost effective suppliers, while maintaining the highest quality standards in the injection molding industry. RPP features over 20 custom injection molding machines, ranging in capacity from 20 tons to over 400 tons. Most of our machines are state-of-the-art Sandretto high volume units, featuring the latest digital processing controls and statistical data gathering software. As a result, we consistently deliver higher quality parts in a more cost effective manner than our competitors.
