I have strong negotiation skills, am highly organized and have sharp eye for detail with an artistic twist. I work with both buyers and sellers with a focus on life changes - - moving up to a bigger home as the family grows, down to smaller home for empty-nesters and to the next level when needing some assistance later on in life.
