Harmon Builders is a small company founded by Paul Harmon (Owner, General Contractor, Master Craftsman), Green Builder, in 1995 and is dedicated to providing custom-built homes, home remodeling, historical preservations, green building services, custom furniture and cabinetry. Our company operates in many locations that includes, but not limted to: Frederick County, Montgomery County, Washington DC, Howard County and Washington County. Harmon Builders combines traditional craftsmanship, environmental-friendly building techniques, using the finest materials, and a reasonable cost to meet the personalized needs of the customer.
