Grace Fellowship Church is a relatively new church (if 10+ years can be considered new!) located on Mason Road in Katy, Texas. We are affiliated with the United Methodist Church, and we have commissioned ourselves to reach out to those who may not have been attending church recently, or ever for that matter. We are set up to deal with the real-life issues we all face. Grace isn't built upon "religion" but on relationships; relationships with one another and with God Himself. The music is current with the day we live in. The teaching applies the truths of the Bible to the concerns of daily life. Our programs aren't relics from another era; they meet the needs of people living today. We don't mess around with church politics, but focus on what really matters. Even if you have been attending church regularly, we think you also will find this practical emphasis very helpful. Do They Have a Hidden Agenda? Actually we do have an agenda, but it isn't very hidden ... Our agenda is to help people come into a personal relationship with God, and to grow strong in their faith - to live the "abundant life". The Bible makes it very clear that God loves us and wants us to come back into fellowship with Him. He tells us we can know for sure we have eternal life. The gift of eternal life is not something we can earn or deserve in any way. It is a free gift which we receive by placing our faith in Jesus Christ alone for the forgiveness of our sins. Jesus died on the cross for the specific purpose of paying the penalty for our wrong doing, thus offering us complete forgiveness if we will receive Him as our Savior. We want to help each person to understand this and make the decision to receive Jesus as their Savior.
