Warmbrodt, Jr. The Kansas City firm provides real estate investment banking services to the hospitality industry; specifically in the acquisition, disposition and financing of hotel assets. In his 22 year career, Mr. Warmbrodt has completed more than a $1,000,000,000 worth of transactions in hospitality related assets. Prior to founding WHI, Mr. Warmbrodt served as Director of Acquisitions/Development for RHW Companies, a developer, owner and manager of various Marriott franchises, and later as a partner in Property Specialists, Inc. ("PSI"), a Kansas City based investment-banking firm.
