International Mail Service, Inc. was founded on October 22, 1990 as a family owned (and operated) business by Mark Bouman, Dave Bouman, and Leigh Laudenslager. Our primary objective was to "build long term relationships with customers based on customized mailng programs and unparalleled customer service". Service and innovation have remained the stepping stones to continued success and customer loyalty. Many of our invoicing and customer "chargeback" innovations are in use today by competitors.
