Beartooth Insurance is an independent insurance agency that has been doing business in Montana since 1971. Our main office is located in beautiful downtown Red Lodge, and we have branch offices in Absarokee and Joliet. We have several companies we represent allowing us to offer all types of insurance including auto, home, life, health, business, farm and ranch, liability and bonds. Owners Jack Prather and Tom Kastelitz have both been in the insurance business for over 25 years and have extensive knowledge about the industry. They are proud to be a part of Red Lodge and that is reflected in their active support and strong ties to the community. Our main goal at Beartooth Insurance is customer service. We truly appreciate our clients and strive to help them make the best insurance decisions for their individual situation. We like to get to know our customers and their needs, and to tailor policies specifically for them. There is always a friendly, helpful staff on hand to assist you. We mainly serve the counties of Carbon, Stillwater, Yellowstone, Sweet Grass, and Big Horn, but are licensed throughout the state of Montana and Wyoming.
