Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates (OMSA) was initially founded in 1953 by Dr. F. Allen Ledward in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The practice has continued to grow in order to meet patient expectations. OMSA now includes seven oral surgeons with five offices serving patients in the Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Fort Atkinson, Watertown, and Mukwonago areas. Our mission is to furnish full-scope, state-of-the-art, personalized services to our patients, provide informed, friendly, caring staff for the benefit of patients and referring doctors, provide flexibility of appointment scheduling, case planning, and financial/insurance matters, and provide thorough follow-up on patient care.
