Pelerei is a woman-owned management consulting firm built around the premise that helping the client occurs most effectively when it is combined with helping the client learn what is happening, why, and how. Pelerei has been in business for more than 15 years operating from the DC area (USA) with clients around the globe. Pelerei has worked with clients in 10 countries, in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We help clients accomplish the changes they need by employing organizational development techniques, conducting research, both quantitative and qualitative, and offering training. We bring the right experience to the task through the use of teams. Our teams are built by using expert professionals from around the world to create the best fit to the issue at hand. Whenever possible, we bring clients onto the teams to enhance the learning that will stay with the client after we leave.
