Connection is made through your existing broadband internet connection to one of our backup servers. A manual or automatic backup of your data is then performed. Once the transfer is completed, your data is safely stored, away from your location, providing a method of retrieval in the event of a fire, theft, failed hardware (drive crashes) or similar catastrophes (see graph below).
