Customers are the boss at our company. Our job here at Southern Wholesale is satisfying the customer and making them happy with the jewelry we sell and the work we do. We are part of the community and are involved in supporting many civic organizations. When you trade with our company you are dealing with the owners of the company. The differences in dealing with the owners rather than a chain operation is, we rely on your business for the success of our company. We will go the extra mile to do whatever it takes to get and keep your business. Being nice and courteous to customers is rare today at some businesses, but treating people right is what makes work fun at Southern Wholesale, it's like meeting old friends every day. Another factor that makes our company different: We have a wholesale division that sells in 3 states. By selling high volume and buying in large quantities with quick payment, we are able to buy our diamonds and gold at unbelievably low prices. We can pass this savings along to our customer by selling quality jewelry at wholesale prices to the public. We have a low overhead or operating cost compared to other (chain type) jewelry operations. We don't have to pay an administrative office and all the other costs associated with multiple operations. We run our operation as lean as possible so we can keep our sales prices down. We will personally source out particular pieces of jewelry that are hard to find. Another positive factor is the wild and crazy folks that work here, especially Johnny "Wild Man" Renacker (Jewelry designer/repair). Johnny has 22 years experience repairing jewelry and does great work.
