At People of Potential, we offer individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities direct care services. At this time we are only contracted to provide services to individuals on the Innovations Waiver. Participants are given one-on-one Providers to help build daily living skills both in the home and in the community. The services that we provide are: Community Networking, Community Living and Supports, Supported Employment, Respite, Residential Services Levels 1-4.
