At ERC we make communication with our Clients an enormous priority. Within our Client Services Department, each Client is assigned a Client Services Liaison to address and meet all of their needs and concerns. We believe in keeping our Clients regularly informed of collection progress on their accounts. We also maintain and encourage an open forum to hear Client questions and suggestions. ERC understands that the needs of our Clients vary. As such, we maintain flexibility in our reporting system and make additional information available as requested. Our reports include but are not limited to the following:Acknowledgements Status Reports Inventory Listings Cancellation Reports Payment Remittance Reports Custom Reporting We encourage prospective Clients to participate in a meeting with all of our department heads as we shape and devise a collections strategy for their accounts. Prior to the initial account placements from any Client, all Department Heads within our organization are gathered for a Client Boarding Meeting to ensure that every communication and performance requirement will be met. Through communication and mutual expectations, we are then able to go out and deliver superior collection results for our Clients. We recognize and value the fact that our Client Servicing and communication will be remembered as much as our collections performance. We also know that some Clients prefer a very hands-on relationship, while others are pleased with minimal interaction. As such, we welcome our Clients, as our Partners, to participate every step of the way as they see fit.
