Connelly & Wicker, Inc. is a multi-discipline firm providing professional services in both the public and private sectors of Land Development and Transportation. The firm is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida and has been incorporated since 1983. Connelly & Wicker, Inc. has two branch offices, the first is located in Destin, Florida to serve the Northwestern part of Florida, and the second is located in Atlanta, Georgia to cover the southeastern states. As a group the registered professionals of Connelly & Wicker maintain professional licenses in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Mississippi, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. We are a medium sized firm with experience in Land Development, Municipal, and Transportation design and permitting. Approximately one-half of our business is derived from Transportation projects for various state and local municipal agencies. The remaining balance of our work is in the private and public sector of Land Development. We work in concert with developers and architects, as well as their construction management teams, providing comprehensive Surveying, Planning, Engineering, and Landscape Architecture for retail, institutional, industrial and office commercial projects, as well as single and multi-family residential development endeavors.
