The SRG serves only fresh fish, free-range chicken and veal, an assortment of game dishes, and pastas that can be prepared depending upon individual dietary needs. There are pizzas from the wood-burning oven, chops & prime steaks from the grill, and various salads with fresh seasonal produce. A Wine Spectator award-winning wine list with over 270 selections, micro-brew beers, and grappas, ports and single-malt scotches round out the beverage list. The SRG is open 7 nights for dinner beginning at 6:00 PM in the winter and 5:30 PM in the summer. Please call 307-733-0557 for reservations after 3 PM Mountain Time.
