Light and Glass Studio is located in Jackson, Mississippi and is a studio for the art of Jerri Sherer and Roy Adkins. We specialize in glassworks and photography. All of the art glass products are hand-crafted by Jerri Sherer. She began working with glass in 1997 and has continued to hone and expand her craft since then. Jerri's skill in her field was recognized in 2006 when she was admitted as an exhibiting member to the Craftsmen's Guild of Mississippi for her glasswork. Jerri is happy to work with you to create a glass piece that is just your own. All photography is by Roy Adkins. He first began studying photography in 1991 and received his degree from Mississippi State in fine arts with an emphasis in photography. Since leaving Starkville in 1998 Roy has gained experience in photojournalism, commercial photography, wedding photography, and studio portraits. He is available for portraits, commercial work, and photojournalistic weddings. Artwork is available for purchase through our studio located in the Old Capitol Green area of downtown Jackson, at the intersection of South Commerce Street and South Street.
