The Jackson Police Department continually strives to maintain its high quality of service to individual citizens and the community as a whole. We believe that the best way for our department to insure the maintenance of this service is to involve citizens of the community who have had recent contact with the Jackson Police Department . These citizens are asked to answer the following questions, either yes or no, in regard to the quality of service they received.
