Ray Of Hope Church is the original church founded and sponsored by gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, enlightened straight, heterosexual community in Central New York State. We perform all marriages, marriage equailty, gay marriage, same-sex marriage, bisexual marriage in our chapel or anywhere in New York State with a licensed and ordained pastor.
