FCL Builders, Inc., a Design/Build General Contractor of office/industrial/manufacturing/ warehouse and distribution real estate properties, is incorporated in the State of Illinois, with additional authority in the states of California, Nevada, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia. Our current staff is comprised of 83 office and field employees. FCL Builders, Inc. arises from the 1987 merger of the staff and business of two established construction companies, Four Columns, Ltd., formed in 1977, and Stava Construction Company, formed in 1976. Since 1976, FCL Builders, Inc. as a whole, has successfully completed over 631 construction projects totaling over 55 million square feet of office and industrial manufacturing/warehouse space with a total value of $1.5 billion.
