Artisan Books & Bindery maintains an open shop on the small island of Islesboro, 3 miles off the Maine coast near Camden. In addition to general stock, we specialize in books on Architecture and Interior Design, Frank Lloyd Wright, Fine Press, Conjuring, and Signed First Editions. The book store is open daily, Memorial Day through Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. After Labor Day we are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and anytime by appointment. Given the fact that we are on a small island only accessible by ferry, it is best to call ahead to verify the best time to visit.
