We utilize the popularity of professional sports, specifically a sports picking contest that awards cash prizes to participating contestants, to promote our clients products and services on a regional and national platform. The sports picking contest allows people to participate by picking the teams they think will win. InPlays Sports Corp. revenue and profits are recognized from two categories:1. Advertising Revenues derived primarily from sponsors and advertisements on INPLAYS.com. InPlays Sports Corp. clients' include Ad Agencies, Ad Brokers, Web site brokers and small & large businesses. 2. Agency Revenues are derived from transactions where we are not the merchant of record and where the prices are determined by third parties. Agency Revenues include customer processing fees for products and/or services (commissions on travel arrangements, gift certificates, tickets for events, etc). InPlays Sports Corp. operates 'The Sports Ticket Contest' a completely free contest that awards cash prizes to people that correctly pick the winning teams of NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL Games. The Sports Ticket Contest is not gambling in any way, shape or form. The CASH PRIZES are derived from sponsorships and/or advertisements posted throughout INPLAYS.com. The Cash Prize awarded to the person(s) that pick all the games correctly is $500.00 (Five Hundred US Dollars).
