We also copy photos without negatives and do restorations and hand colorizations, in addition to producing instant passport and immigration photos, and ID cards. We work on location, indoors or outdoors, in the studio and in our clients' homes. We specialize in: Individual and family group portraits. Weddings and special events. Publicity photos for actors, performers, artists, politicians. Pets. CD covers. Model portfolios and headshots. Product photos. Personal injury, property damage and general evidence photography. Copy photos without negatives. Restorations and hand colorizations. Instant passport, immigration photos, and ID cards. Eva Obermeyer, our chief photographer, began her life long love affair with the camera at the age of six with a Kodak Brownie box camera and has been going non-stop ever since. Over the years, she ran a home portrait business, freelanced for several newspapers, and covered events at organizations such as United Way, community centers, schools, animal rescue groups, summer camps, and theatrical companies, among many others. After three years as a corporate photographer, in 1989 she opened her own photography studio and let the public come to her. Along the way, she has shown her photographs in numerous exhibits and art shows throughout the tri-state region, winning an impressive number of awards over time. Here at Elite Photo Studio, we welcome new challenges and always look for opportunities to satisfy our clients' needs as creatively as possible. Our mission is to capture the natural beauty of life in the quality of our photographic art. At this point in time we work exclusively with the finest film-based cameras. Digital photography has a long way to go to equal the quality and archival stability of expertly processed film and photographic papers. We do, however, offer most digital services that are available today and will be adding total digital capabilities in the very near future on our own premises.
