We trace our origins to 1988 where we have been centrally located in Orange County, California. Our attorneys regularly appear in matters throughout Southern California, in both state and Federal courts, and in Mexico. We focus our professional practice on solving disputes between businesses and business related disputes between individuals. Our international work ranges across a broad spectrum of activities in Latin America, including breach of contract, fraud, product liability, environmental matters, import/export, foreign corrupt practice act areas, and criminal matters. One important hallmark of a successful law firm is the retention of clients through representation in multiple matters. Julander, Brown & Bollard has demonstrated its excellence in this regard by developing and retaining clients who are as loyal to our firm as we are to our clients. We strive to minimize the strain of litigation through pre-litigation counseling to avoid litigation in the first instance. When litigation is unavoidable, we make every effort to seek mediated remedies and avoid costly, meaningless disputes that do not advance the litigation goals. Most important, we maintain open communication throughout our representation to ensure that our clients are fully informed as to the progress of their matters and have the opportunity to participate in the decision making process in a meaningful way until the matter is successfully concluded.
