After signing up with Riptide we were able to transfer 20 meg files in record time. We did not experience any latency and the service was faster than we had hoped for. We were also very surprised when the installation took less than 2 hours. Now when we have technical issues, we don't have to deal with the baby bells and get passed around the customer service nightmare, we just call Riptide. I have been extremely happy with Riptide, and would recommend the service to all my business acquaintances and friends.
