Pacific Newport Properties, Inc. ('PNP') was organized in 1977 by William R. Patton to engage in the development, acquisition and management of shopping centers, office and industrial properties for its own account. PNP has developed and built over 5,000,000 SF of industrial and retail. PNP is primarily focused on the Southern California region out of it's Orange County headquarters with a satellite office located in the Inland Empire.
