While Kimco enjoyed a solid reputation for quality, consistency, and unparalleled customer service, Mr. Megonigal saw the opportunity to create specialized practices that truly catered to the needs of his clients and candidates. As a result, over the next 14 years, he would expand Kimco into one of the nation's largest and most respected independent staffing firms - through internal growth and acquisitions: Today, Kimco has six specialized staffing practices, 24 branch offices in Southern and Northern California, 10 on-site offices and has filled approximately 300,000 positions. All fees are paid by our client companies, and all services to job applicants are free. The company provides temporary, contract, project, temp-to-hire and career employment opportunities through six specialized practices: Kimco Office Pros, Kimco Industrial Staffing, Kimco Technology Group, Kimco Financial Solutions, MediQuest, and Kimco Managed Staffing.
