White Winter Winery's Mission is to create high quality mead, bracketts(honey and grain), pyments (honey and grape), melomels (honey and fruit) , metheglins (honey and spices) and hard ciders using locally produced fruits and honey. Jon and Kim Hamilton established White Winter Winery in the summer of 1996 in the northern Wisconsin town of Iron River. White Winter Winery is located on Hwy 2 on the west side of Iron River, a beautiful north woods town. Our new location in the Iron River Enterprise Center offers plenty of room to navigate our selections of meads and other merchandise. You can even see where the magic of mead creation takes place. Of course, we still provide free samples to guests over 21 years of age. Stop by and see us soon.
