Description of Westside Community Health Center
As Minnesota's largest Federally Qualifed Health Center, West Side Community Health Services ensures that the communities we serve have access to high quality and affordable health care. Services are provided regardless of a patient's ability to pay for services when rendered and regardless of a patient's insurance status. Patients without health insurance are supported through our West Side Cares' Discount Program which accounts for a patient's and her/his family's financial ability to contribute to their care. During 2014, West Side Community Health Services provided over $13.5 million dollars in sliding fee discounts for medical, dental and pharmacy services provided to uninsured and underinsured patients.
