Leading the way for rural health issues: The Center for Rural Health Development, Inc. (the Center) is a private, not-for-profit organization that provides leadership on rural health issues since 1994. The Center is unique to West Virginia in that it is the only private organization in the state that works across the continuum of health care providers - from community health centers to hospitals to private physicians & dentists, as well as other health care providers.
