We provide 24-hour access to a state of the art fitness facility, wellness program, weight loss and a tanning area that boast some of the hottest beds in town. We offer Les Mills BodyPump and BodyCombat as well as many other group exercise classes for all fitness levels – the novice to the hard core. We are excited to announce the addition of Thin & Healthy TOTAL SOLUTIONS weight loss program and ActivTrax Virtual Personal Training to our family of services. Finally, we have a staffed Kidz Zone available to help entertain children 3 months – 12 years of age while mom and dad workout. Our facility is access controlled for your safety. Members use a fingerprint to access the building and to access tanning controls 24-hours a day and are monitored by a closed-circuit video system.
